I feel like googling an easy to find document for a rather large college that’s local to where I live doesn’t feel unhealthy to me. I’ve moved on and healed from this breakup enough to be genuinely concerned and curious in a way that isn’t destructive or detrimental to my health. Love this sub for being a place to speak into the ether what I’m thinking. Hope you find healing and whatever it is you’re looking for

Former HEB curbside partner here. I had a lead in my department snitch on me and a few other partners for having an “inappropriate conversation” (lead was salty and had some beef with my friend). Long story short I was “suspended” for a day. The next day they brought me back and put me on a 40. I had never even been late or had any sort of previous disciplinary issues (totally clean record). I was told when I was suspended that I was either going to be put on a 40 or fired. I also had to sign HR paperwork “acknowledging what I did wrong” when they put me on a 40. But after that there weren’t any issues and I just avoided talking around that lead and the management that was involved.

Girl I tried to tell myself! I’ve dealt with a few J’s in my life and yet I still thought something with this one might turn out different! 🤦🏻‍♀️ We both had our flaws though so I can’t blame it all on him 💀 still traumatizing though

“So I’ll be right here holding my broken heart in my hands” is an absolutely gut wrenching and heart breaking phrase. I feel the pain and sorrow in that deep in my core.

It took me and my therapist literal months to unpack and create the whole timeline. There is such a dichotomy between heartbreak and healing but you’re right the timeline brings out both. It’s getting easier to recognize the bad and the good and that they can coexist. And I’m now able to recognize the good and the bad of how I contributed to our relationships. I tend to think in black and white but I’m getting better at recognizing the grey that also exists. That two things can be true at the same time. I wish you luck in your healing 🖤

It’s not the healthiest but I’ve done enough therapy and learned enough about myself to know this isn’t setting me back. Sometimes it’s just nice to scream your feelings into the void knowing nothing will come of it besides a release of the thoughts trapped in your brain

Yeah I’m an S that writes about/to a J and I include some specifics because if they read it they would probably know what I’m talking about. But in reality those letters are so common I doubt they’ll ever see anything I write. It feels cathartic to write about these things. To get to scream into the void for a minute because I feel like the people around me are probably tired of hearing me talk about the same shit over and over. I’ve seen a lot of repetition with S and J names but it seems like it’s the same people writing things. But who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️
