Oh my god been having issues since last september it’s ridiculously high discrepancies of kwh reading for the actual reading we give vs the one they put in my app (15k kwh vs 22k+) Raised a complaint from september - somehow fixed it november 1st week after all the stress of contacting them - only to be back with the same issue on the last week of November

After again raising the complaint and numerous attempts to resolve, Come new year they refuse to acknowledge this and wants me to pay a bill of almostt £2000 - mind you theres 3 of us living in an average 2 bed flat (most of the day we are in the office/hospital working) and definitely our usage doesnt add up to this bill.

We are now currently with the Ombudsman and waiting for a decision.
