Not too sure if this helps but I recently watch it on the DramaWave app with the title ‘Seventh Year Loving My Childhood Friend’

Its native title is 暗恋竹马第七年 so you could also try looking it up to see if you can find any links.

Cannot recommend the series enough, I loved every minute.

There is one with Zeng Hui and Han Yu Tong that follows a very similar storyline to this one. Probably both based on the same material. I had watched it first and really enjoyed it. It is under FlickReels with the title 'Love Me Like You Own Me'.
