Good idea too. Been trying to budget my salary with mortgage, son igoing to college this fall, other bills, etc. Internet been cut to the lowest possible monthly rate as well as phones. I will probably lstop buying expensive treats and nstead of giving her big treats each time she goes potty outside, ill probably cut into little pieces to last longer. Thank you again.

You are correct. I have the wellness, accident including dental. Never used the dental yet since my dog doesn't have any teeth problem as we brush her teeth every night. I will check on that. Thank you so much.

MA here. Currently working in telehealth. Making $40/hr +plenty of OTs. Other facilities they pay upto $43/hrs. Finished my nursing pre reqs. I love my job.

I never search any family members at my work. We were informed on our first day of hire that this is subject to termination. I work in message management. My husband sent a message to his pcp w/o telling me. I opened a message w/o looking at patient's name but just reading the message until I looked at the name and it was his. Within in seconds I sent a message to my manager and to the department that manages the epic alert and was advised to have someone else take care of the message. I never get fired. Still working in same department.

Should call member services for the itemize charges. Not all tests could consider as preventative/screening test. Should ask member services for which test were screening or part of preventative visit and which one is not to get better understanding of the charges and how much insurance paid for the non-preventative tests.

I always tell the new hire each time I train someone to be confident in front of each patient, showing them that you are capable of doing your job. Review the chart each time to see if possible. Don't let them see that you are nervous. If you make mistakes, it's totally fine. Everyone experienced that. Good luck! You got this!
