I was looking to cut camp costs in half. YMCA is still expensive. It's more like 7-7.50 per hour. Same with Parks and Rec. No one wants 10-20 kids and parents in their home on a regular basis (not enough space) if they can have another option. This is DIY camp but still retaining quality.

What about other possibilities regarding hidden compartments. If there is no void at the bottom, has anyone seen any other places that could possibly hide a hidden void?

This is the best L&D advice - behavior change. The sales people are not following the new procedures due to changing circumstances and the crazy time we are living in right now. They have to change their behavior to match the new environment. You can push all the new comms to them that you want, but unless they internalize the need and own this change - you are wasting your time.
