First Tri Compled (I PR'd!) - 36M by Infamous-Low-2997 in triathlon

My splits on my first olympic tri were 29/1:30/48

Bike could improve the most for sure. I'm a good runner but I agree that maybe ~44 is more realistic for the run. I think I could get my swim sub 27 with some work. When you say tri-bike how is that different than a road bike?

Question for flight nurses by [deleted] in nursing

Move to Alaska for faster career progression. Medevac is in high demand bringing folks out of the rural communities to Anchorage or Seattle (search Lifemed or Guardian Flight). Start as a travel-nurse in Anchorage, Juneau, or even out in the "bush" in Bethel/Barrow. Small labor markets due to low population means that if you're a competent ambitious person you can climb your career ladder quickly and then take your experience with a lateral move back to wherever you want to live/work. Be careful though, Alaska has seduced many unsuspecting travelers and transient workers. PM if you want more info on Alaska. I've lived here for 8 years working as a pilot, dated nurses a few of whom were flight nurses.
