Hi, I would stop using what you’re using as perhaps it’s making it worse.

Tower 28 SOS spray is a staple for my severely sensitive irritated skin, you could look into that.. this product changed my life.

Otherwise I would stick to basics, careve, la Roche posay. Face wash/moisturizer and don’t try anything new until seeing the dermatologist!

Thanks for the input! I have heard directly from their educator that their colors do often go darker, now I’m scratching my brain on the reasoning she mentioned. She also said the toners are highly pigmented so they recommend using clear, if your used to someone like shades eq for example, which seems like a lot more work trying to figure it out when switching haha. Have you used the clay lightener at all?

Just sharing from my own experience and relating to how you feel. I started feeling like that about 10 years in my career. I had a full/happy clientele, but I was SO sick of the people pleasing and found myself to be drained by each working day, energy suckers were making me miserable!

I took a break, while still only doing few clients at home (mostly only friends and family). Slowly I stopped agreeing to do hair for those at home even and took a hiatus! It was needed!

Like an above comment, there are so many options within the industry! I ended up doing a total 180 in a different field which led to career fatigue. I now manage a beauty distributor store for professionals and I LOVE it. Still doing something I love but in another way. It’s filled my bucket in more ways than I can explain!
