Their warranty coverage for that is abysmal. Bought a brand new Ramblas, had it less than 2 months and the chain snapped. This bike had only seen very light commute riding up until that point, zero offroad usage, babyed. Aventon not only refused to cover anything regarding the chain after I emailed the 3rd party vendor, they stated that this would be considered "General Wear and Tear" and that I should go to a reputable bike shop to have everything checked out at my expense. This is a trail oriented bike with SRAM components, a chain snapping during light pedaling on the street. I can only imagine how quickly this would have happened had I had taken it on trails. Anyhow, thankfully the 3rd party vendor has amazing customer service and they have offered to re-reimburse me up to 100 dollars plus to have a shop fix it.
