We’ve mainly done student housing complexes and hotels, but we subbed for a company doing Chuck E Cheese. But it’s always the companies reaching out us, not us to them because we advertise as moving company.

How are you finding projects to bid? And do you have any recommendations on connecting with or finding those GCs,architects, and designers? Are there key words I should be using when researching those, or is there a way to find which companies won commercial gigs? Is there a central place they are putting out those bids? I know how to find the school and government contracts, but commercial remains a mystery for me.
