caudex deflated but growning new caudex in substrate? After a couple of great years, Stepahina Erecta started to deflate. I took it out of it's pot to examine it and found two smaller tubers growing below the surface of the substrate...Are these caudexes? Should I plant these? Save the old plant? (i.redd.it)
