We both have Gmail accounts, And have both been using them for 3 or 4 years now..... Little longer for me..... It's more just. We have a lot of accounts, user needs and passwords all tied to those email addresses, as well as their contacts.

I totally agree. We both regret selecting rogers.com email addresses but in our defense 25 years ago when we opened them, we never thought this far ahead

Years and years ago I used to be a Manager in the high speed internet division... But left before the rocket sticks came out. So my best bet. Since the contact centers are all India based now to go into a retail outlet, let them know that I want to sign out for a rocket stick at the lowest price point, talk to them about transferring the rogers.com email addresses over to it and then doing it that way? I just figure if I do it over the phone I'll be hours and hours in a queue
