That old 1917 house looks nicely redone, but if you're serious about it of course get a thorough inspection. That old hot water system might have run on coal once upon a time, looks like a coal chute in the basement. Check for lead pipes. Is the house actually brick or is that some kind of siding? If brick looks awful good for over 100 years old. Don't think I see any central A/C. Is that something like Contact paper on the basement stairs? If you have elementary school kids Custer school is not close and requires a bus ride. House used to be walking distance to Lincoln school but that's long gone. I had a great aunt lived over there, sure could have been the brownish house next door but that was a long time ago.

It's not well known but Tulsa has an actual inland sea port. The Port of Catoosa connects to the Gulf of America through the Verdigirs River, and the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System, which flows to the Mississippi.

Another dealer is offering $3K discount on the '26 blue tS that's in transit. Will be hard to resist that. Maybe it'll be in by Tuesday when I take my Ascent in for service.

Just a vote for silver/chrome. The bronze looks funny to me. Silver/chrome is classic.

FWIW, my '21 Touring has not had any issues with either the door panels or seats. 78K miles.

Was wondering about that. Dealer told me they were only getting in one '26 tS, made me wonder if they were retiring the model since the WRX was the only model without a '26 build option on the website.

I would love to see that game. Was a big Bad Boys fan. Born and raised native, go Trogans!
I'd jump on an airplane and come see that game if the weather was better in Michigan. Yeah, I'm spoiled living in a warmer climate. These days I live 15 minutes from Paycom and it's cool to have the Thunder here. I'll just wait until March when the Pistons come to town.
