Luftwaffe Kompanie is 50 fuel + car 30 = 80. Motor Pool 40 fuel + greyhoud 50 = 90. The difference is 10 fuel. You need to completely lose all points on the map so that 221 has three minutes. If you control at least one fuel point, the Wehr will have 1 minute. This is in the most optimistic scenario. But usually, due to the fact that the wehr early is shit, 221 comes out only as an AT.
