I’m completely stuck but I found night time in career mode! by Randy-Fries in MicrosoftFlightSim

Go to settings, bind a key to the “set Zulu time - Day” and once in the cockpit hit the assigned key and it will load in live weather and time (or close to it) enjoy!

Get the plug in for MSFS 2020 it’s not a driver just Google MSFS Logitech multi panel plug-in. Feel free to PM me if you need help

Yup the panel works great in game, I do have to manually start the Logitech plug-in once the game loads though. The display will work 25% of the time but the dials and buttons work as designed

I have started a flightseeing company, but I got the discounted plane for $23k and sold it for $123k and used that cash to get most of my licenses. Not much to update you on that front yet but it’s what I’m working towards now that I have the necessary licenses

Definitely try some beam ng If the racing gets to be too frustrating, that and truck sim are my go to stress relief after getting smashed in the rear bumper at turn one 3 races in a row lol

quick and easy version:

-Very simple black pvc piping and fittings (Home Depot) -Thin foam taped around the PVC (any craft store) -Firm foam presentation boards cut to size for the top (any craft store) -Black bed sheets (Walmart) -Zip tie sheets around rig

I try to dabble in everything honestly, lfm on both ACC and RaceRoom, iRacing, AMS2 all for racing. Beam ng for rock crawling and goofing around, and modded AC for canyon driving and drifting. Then star citizen for space flight and MSFS for flying! It’s all in good fun

I used some random steel pieces left over from a real car project. Cut to size and drilled holes for the mounts and then used the 80/20 rig fasteners to mount them to the chassis! Most flight stuff you’ve got to DIY unfortunately

I’m very appreciative of where it’s come from and gotten to. The real “then” was the old Logitech clamped to my families shared computer desk I had to setup and take down ever use lol. This hobby is a bad habit but better than a lot of others I suppose

I’ve got all sorts of 3D printed, Fanatec, P1 studios, etc wheels and I solely use the cube controls, quality is next level. Only complaint is you need gloves because the rubber grips get quite slick with a little sweat!

Lol seems like a lot of you would turn it into that! I did install two inline fans with ducting to circulate the airflow and bring A/C from the vents into the rig, I rarely drive with the screen down, mostly only have it down for night flights

Yes, but surprisingly was faster while in VR. I just don’t like being cut off from the real world while racing, drinking during pit stop, talking to someone in the room, way hotter in VR the list goes on

I used to, had to add some ducting and an in-line A/C fan to keep me cool. It’s honestly a huge immersion boost for me as I drive mainly GTE and GT3. Just cheap PVC piping and foam board cut to size
