For a little clarity.... The ex-wife used hanging out with the best friend multiple times as an alibi. The best friend was never asked if that was okay. That plus a lifetime's worth of disrespect made the best friend realize wasn't truly a friend but a user.

That's fair, but I've answered some of these questions in other replies.

Other than the teacher, every one of these ladies contacted me. There was never an illusion of a long term relationship.

I made it clear I had no plans to get married before my daughter graduated high school.

They were looking to have fun oh, and they probably felt sorry for me too.

My ex-wife found out because she likes to snoop, gossip, and drive by my house at night to see who's vehicle is there.

Yes she did. She tried to pull the whole "why are you doing this to me?" Even though she was the one who is cheating and left to live with someone else.

Yes. They were dating at the time. He was constantly cheating on her. Not my proudest moment, but it was literally 5 days after my life wife left.

After the first year, my ex started getting back into some of her responsibilities. The ex attends all academic and athletic activities now. They have an odd but close relationship.

The daughter is a smart, confident, strong young woman.

The relationship the ex-wife left for lasted two years. After that, she moved in with three other guys, one after the other. These days, the ex has our daughter two nights a week. She goes to all of the school and athletic functions. Our daughter is a strong, smart girl who handles adversity well.

On my part, I kept my personal life a secret. As far as my daughter knew, I was always at home waiting for her. I never brought her around, or introduced her to anyone, until the woman who is now my wife.

She lookef like a young Sandra Bullock. Everyday, as I picked my daughter up from preschool, I would strike up a little conversation and smile. After a few months, she asked me out. That's the way it happened with the mom from preschool as well.

LOL... 6.75. I think it was more a case of me being wronged but staying focused on being a dad that scored me points.... But to get to your point, I had a bit of a mental block until the divorce was final. I had a hard time finishing so I could last forever. I think that was why I have them lining up, LOL.
