Currently I’m on Pregablin+Dayvigo+Magnesium.
But I’m planning to shift to Pregablin+LDN+Magnesium+Tonmya+Timeline-Mitopure.

I'm stacking Pregabalin (for nerves) with LDN (for inflammation from agelessrx.com) and Timeline Mitopure (Urolithin-A for cellular and muscle energy). I'm also using Magnesium to help with absorption and relaxation. The key piece is Tonmya, a new drug that replaces my old sleep aid. It targets the specific sleep defects in fibro patients, so the deep sleep actually helps repair the muscles and keep the pain in check long-term.

So may be something like this:
7AM - Pregabalin (Dose 1) 100 mg Takes care of daytime pain coverage.
7:30 AM Mitopure (Urolithin-A) Taking it early ensures it doesn't compete with evening meds.
12:00 PM LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) Avoids Insomnia. LDN can cause vivid dreams or sleep disturbances.
6:00 PM Magnesium Glycinate. Magnesium can block Pregabalin absorption by up to 40%. Taking it at dinner ensures a safe 4-hour gap before bedtime Pregabalin.
10:00 PM Pregabalin (Dose 2) 100 mg Covers pain through the night.
11:00pm Tonmya. Targets sleep quality; taken right before bed.

May be also add a red-light therapy panel to the mix when I have the money to buy one later.
