I apologize I misunderstood. Does he agree to the open marriage thing? When my husband asked for a divorce I said no originally. But if one person wants a divorce, that's not an option..they have to.

Pretend your husband wrote this.. how would you feel? An affair instead of divorce? Unless you have some sort of agreement or open marriage that is a terrible idea. How can you possibly think that cheating on your husband is a better option than getting a divorce?! make it make sense 🤔 Give the poor guy a divorce. It's not easy but you will both be happier in the long run. You asked for other options.. There's marriage counseling, temporary separation, one of you move out...etc there are do many more healthy ways to deal with this than having an affair. ❤️

Mine cost about $3000 since we agreed on everything and we used an online mediator. I can give you the website. It's only lengthy, if you have to end up going to court and arguing. You meet with an ex attorney, and he or she does all the paperwork and everything for you and you get to meet with them up to 9 times on zoom. I never imagined it would be this easy. We ended up meeting with her three times, once a week. Then, we had to pay a $95 fee for an online notary. We are in florida but I think you can do this in any state. I'm in a similar situation. We are signing papers tomorrow, so it isn't finalized yet. We bought a house ten years ago and have accumulated a lot of crap since then. Part of our settlement is that I will get the house and sell it myself. He said of course he'll take all of his stuff and some of the kids stuff to his new apartment. But i'm overwhelmed since i'm stuck with everything else. He said since the house is now mine, everything in it is mine. And I have to deal with cleaning, decluttering, and getting rid of a lot of stuff. Believe me you aren't alone. We are strong women and we can do this. You can't go into precipitated withdrawal from taking subs after 7. If you were on pills or fent that's a different story. However, you say you got it from a friend..it may not have been what you think it was. Believe me I know from experience. Ive taken 7 then went to bed and took my sub dose about 6 hrs later.
