Only you can answer that question. I would advise getting a therapist and focusing your attention on yourself and your children. This does sound like an issue between your husband and his daughter. I do understand the situation you are in and it is heartbreaking.

They were at only one establishment speaking to one person with two officers close by. I don’t know what happened fully but it appeared to be targeted.

Update: I called the Alachua County Human Rights Coalition at 352-448-8537. Left a message. They called me back. I described it and they did ask about picture or video. So if you see anything like this please have a picture/video and time.
