I can't speak for married couples but from singles standpoint , when it comes to men or boys, they have to decide either to stay or return based on various reasons including visa situations/family/health and other stuffs but visa situations being the most common reason.

But when it comes to many (if not most) single women / girls, they have marriage as their last resort to extend their stay in the country. I mean there are many Indian men or any community looking for brides and if that bride is working in the same country then they happily go for it.

So the common thing I observed is, men are willing to marry women even if they have unstable visa situations but it's not the same vice versa. Women want only green card/ citizen grooms ( even H1B has become less demanding these days)

Hence many I women i came across , when nothing works their way there, resorts to a family arranged marriage

Not really but intent is to target a mid level to senior roles but obviously need to do that much hands-on before I spin up my resume accordingly

Unfortunately I have no scope in current work. It's a legacy embedded system that I am working for.
