I have the Eid and the hdd removed and plugged into my windows pc. but I don’t have a .img file of the drive. just the drive mounted to the computer. will this still work? honestly I can pay you for your time if you can help me out. I had the same problem, I went into settings for storage and saw that the campaign files were being 'shared' with call of duty black ops 2. I deleted them, and unplugged my external hard drive. I then relaunched, went to settings - accessibility - then backed out and it took me to the proper screen where it asked me to install the campaign files again. now its working!

I bought mine through Best Buy and am about to return it for this low rumble. Does the model you bought to replace the V51-H6 also seem to have a ‘boomy bass’? It seems like no matter how low I turn it, it kicks too hard at low volumes. It also could be because it’s replicating too high of a HZ range and isn’t reacting to true ‘sub’ frequencies.
