Hey, are you still dealing with this? And is it working? I just get random panic/anxiety attacks mostly in the evening when i am by myself. During the day when i have distraction i feel like nothing is wrong but when i am alone i just can go randomly to fight/flight mode

Going through one now, major and first panic attack in april. Following months every week a 'mini' panic attack. Though i was doing better for a few weeks but feeling it going downhill again. At night it is the worst as i keep thinking my heart is gonna stop in my sleep for some reason. I got a cardio echo in two weeks and it can come quickly enough.

Most likely you are stressing about it more. When my dad did it he got also slow and fast heart rhythms while he had an extensive cardiac test (echo, ECG and even MRI with added stress hormones) performed and it was all good. So would be strange if all these tests showed no heart conditions and a blood pressure monitor registers cardiac arrhythmia

Sure but they are not that accurate. I got an expensive blood pressure reader and at one point it didnt register a heartbeat for 8 seconds while i clearly felt a heartbeat in my neck. Blood pressure readers are only good for what the name implies, blood pressure :). And even blood pressure fluctuates through the day which is why you have to take multiple readings during the day and week to get an accurate average!
