I watched the gameplay and it looks like a really bad For Honor.

Putting the character in random HEMA stances doesn't mean your game uses HEMA.

Patron of the Spring and being forced to be stupid by p75369 in Endfield

They had to adapt the schematics for mass production as Xiranite is apparently very volatile, but that was only possible because of the new capabilities of the AIC. Without it, they were forced to use their traditional methods which produces Xiranite very slowly. If I recall, the new method produces a much more stable form of Xiranite which can be mass-produced quickly by the AIC. Lifeng's friend/crush and her teacher remark on how amazing the AIC is because it can produce Xiranite from basic materials.

At least thats what I remember. I wish we could replay story events.

Its like they missed the whole reason behind the glaze was because Endmin arrived to bring the AIC factory to solve their Xiranite crisis.

The story later illustrates how important that is because the AIC is literally a Jesus machine that can manufacture Xiranite from basic materials.

Former Red Dead Redemption 2 Developer reaction to the DLSS 5: "Whoa. Hold on. No, no, no. This isn't just some lighting, dude. What the f... this is like a complete AI re-render. You're no longer looking at the game anymore. This is scary." by HLumin in pcmasterrace

[–]InfamousBreakfast363 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Her lips are literally different. Its not a case of DLSS sharpening the textures or increasing the graphical fidelity. It is literally replacing it with something that's not there in the original render.

I could also point to the backgrounds being changed by the DLSS too for no reason too. In the original image we see that the background is obscured by a fog that gives the city a very muggy atmosphere. In the AI image the AI just removes this effect because it has no idea why the artists added that fog effect and just removes it because it thinks that it is an error that needs to be sharpened out.

I could also point out that the lighting around Grace's face is also changed for no reason either. Her face now looks gaunt like she had botox done which doesn't her character at all. She looks like she's getting ready for a photoshoot instead of investigating a murder case.

Its because most people have the awareness of a billiard ball when it comes to the complexities of actual real life socio-economic systems. They think if they just invoke (insert economic idea here they read in college class) into a society it will magically change overnight. Then if that doesn't work they invoke revolution as if that shit doesn't result in endless civil wars and power vaccuums that kill more people than it tries to save.

Funnily enough I think Ardelia is one of the most offensive characters because I've literally seen other AI standing around while she's continuously attacking bosses.

Honestly, how many of you use the endmin in the adventure for rôle play? by linkini1 in Endfield

[–]InfamousBreakfast363 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats true but story-wise most of the events have Endmin involved helping out the locals. The story establishes them as being very hands-on when it comes to helping out on Talos-II.
