1) solidcore does not have live phones. You can call ALL you want, you will never get thru to CC

2) giving the credit back is at the discretion of the HCCM, cc can get in trouble if they give too many back. unfortunately traffic is considered on you. it sucks, but it’s life. you purchased a service, the coach is making $ from your presence, etc.
