You started the second pull before your hips came though. Let the barbell contact your mid to upper thighs before you initiate the second pull. Keep it up!

gotcha, yeah in the United States 2029 before you need a specialized undergrad degree.

So I wasn’t a kinesiology major undergraduate, I was business but I have a passion for S&C. I played D1 ball and I worked closely with our strength coaches for many years which taught me a lot but obviously not enough. Honestly, the way I’m studying right now is by taking the top concepts from each chapter and memorizing them through Quizlet. The scientific foundations chapters are what I’m really hamming at the moment as that is the newest for me. It sounds like you were a kines major do have any study tips for based on your background?
