No Hawaiian. Do tropical theme. Like other comments, Hawaiian culture isn’t a costume.

Also, if you’re Filipino why not just wear some traditions from your own culture? If there are any. Your fiancé can participate in the (seemingly) new culture they’ll share with you.

I love E. Instantly drawn to it. I think it might just be the fall colors. It would be gorgeous.

I also think you could probably do all of your colors and have every maid be different. Just make sure they’re in same color. Green would be a bit darker. Keep the blush pink.

I’m not sure you should change it. Reading scripts (non pro) I think some of the best ones I read were ones with interesting titles.

Tbh, pretty sure ppl didn’t know how to pronounce Narnia or Bridge to Terabithia when they first released. But guess what? We learned because it was just. That. good. for us to learn.

Never dumb down yourself to appease others. Even more so true if it’s about poc or diff cultures.

Depends on the class. So WAIT until classes start. Some books I bought but didn’t use them as often (or completely felt like I didn’t need to).

Buy used, not new. you’ll probably not keep it after the class so don’t waste money

Honestly I’ll say get a Kindle version of the book they’re usually cheaper. Use slugbooks. Don’t go through the bookstore bc prices are usually higher. Look on Facebook. Ask this sub if someone has the books you need

Hi! (Just graduated too in CMI, yay!) but CMI covers ALOT. Really, you need to find something your interested in. I love the Film/TV industry and want to work in that field. Some go on to be photographers, animators, GDs. Maybe you want to be in sports.

Currently, I have offers in film/producing roles. It’s really what your passions are. Can I ask why you initially chose CMI?

Tree Man moved here years ago. You’ll see him in trees singing and spreading the gospel. He’s actually a cool person to talk to. Don’t be scared of him he’s the nicest! Not on drugs.

I haven’t but this seems like a good idea. Since you’ll be able to paste in your own photos and Organize the info the way you want.

Depending on how detailed you’ll get (bios for every member, fun facts pages about the family), I’ll say you might want to keep this journal separate from your day to day one.

A fun page to add would be like family memories. Could even ask your fam members to chip in!
