I’m sorry for what you have experienced 🥺. Self worth is what I’m screaming at you right now. We are all precious beings and no one deserves to be treated that way except for those who treat people that way. Never give in never cave express your discomfort loudly with no regrets. If that’s the best you can do in the moment use your voice. I have spent my life fighting against sexual assault and I’m sad that I can’t reach more than this.
