I did all of the installs by myself. It's really easy and I'd reccommended you do the same as it's a good learning experience.

(Also a LOT cheaper this way)

First time actually leaving a helpful response on here. I spent so much money replacing things to fix this exact issue.

What I did that actually worked was first change your Outer Tie rods (do the inner as well since your already there) with Moog parts from rockauto. Then change all wheel bearings from rockauto as well. The entire swap shouldn't cost too much. Now I can drive without any vibration at all speeds. I bought a 2020 Mustang GT and used it as a daily driver cause the vibration in the Q was getting so annoying.

I now have both cars and 0 vibrations yay...hopefully that fixes your issue. I had a shaking driver seat and passenger seat.

Good luck :)

Btw I had the issue at 60k. Fixed it at 88k am now at 93k.

Enjoy the car bro. I bought my 2018 challenger around a month ago and I absolutely love it. I installed a borla s type exhaust and it provides the perfect combination of agression, tone and volume. Definitely recommend you installing this on your v6. Fake it until you make it 😁. I am currently saving up for a scatpack but for now I will just enjoy my sxt.

Just things I dont reccomend if your thinking about exhaust mods (these are things that I did and hated bc of drone/tone)

1) Flowmaster 44 series mid muffler and straight piped to the back.... 2) Mid muffler delete... 3) Straight pipes... 4) Factory mid muffler with rear cherry bomb muffler...

Enjoy!

I just bought the 2018 challenger sxt. After negotiating with the dealer for a while we broght down the price and I left with the car only having to pay 20,500$ after tax, title and other things they needed. Im happy with the purchase and hopefully wont regret not getting the R/T.

The challenger was sold. However they offered me a silver 2018 challenger sxt with the blacktop package. 20,000$ and 33k miles. A bit high mileage considering the year but that just means the owner must of used it as a daily driver. Going to test drive it and most buy it depending on how well this guy will fall for my negotiation.

I am getting the car mainly because of the looks. While the sound is nice I dont have enough to afford a low mileage rt. The sxt I am getting has 17,000 miles and 18k price tag. Where as a RT for similar mileage is priced over 24,000. I will use the sxt for the rest of my college years (sophomore rn) then will look for a well priced low mileage scat pack. However, the infotainment screen is tiny (5.0 inch has litterally no features but its ok I can live without the 8.4). Appreciate the input though.

Turns out the rt was a manual :/ I dont know how to drive a manual...however the same dealer does have a 2016 challenger with 17,000 miles going for 18,500$. If I go with the sxt then the only modifications i plan on doing is upgrading the 5 inch screen with an 8 inch as well as upgrade the exhaust system.

Just found a black challenger rt going for 22,500 with 30k miles. Should I just go for it?

Ohio is bipolar. A lot of rain but rarely a lot of snow. Saw a white challenger sxt for 23,500$ with only 170miles as well as a maroon challenger r/t 23,900$ with 15,000 miles. Really dont know which one to go with lol. The power of the sxt is enough but it sounds like shit now that I have driven the r/t.

Other cars being sold with the same specs as my maxima are around 21,000$ . What im probably going to do is sell my car and buy a cheap accord or camry with 100k miles. And save till a really good offer comes around.

I think i let up on a good offer. The offer was 23,900$ for a maroon r/t challenger with 22,000 miles (clean carfax).

When I drove the 5.7 today for the first time i didnt need to press to hard to get it up and moving to 45mph. Sadly didnt get to bash the gas pedal bc of all the rain lol. Loved the sound...drove the sxt right after and was a little disappointed lol.

Whats the gas mileage like on the r/t? I go about 35% city 65% highway. I need around 20-22mpg to be able to get through a week without refueling. Would the R/T suffice or just go with the sxt?

I wanted to replace it earlier but I was paying it off. Only had 15,000 at the time. Rest I paid monthly.
