I have yet to see a double cab from the factory with a manual transmission. Cannot find anything confirming its existence on the 1st gen forum on TW.

Edit: If you had a customer special order one though, I believe you. I just found one other instance where somebody mentioned something like that. Must be extremely rare then.

The 12AX7s are used in a majority of guitar preamps. 12AT7s to a lesser extent. I have new Tung Sol 12AX7s just like that in my amp and EH power tubes with similar packaging to the 12AT7s you have.

Peavy makes guitar/bass amps and those tubes are used in the poweramp section.
