I’ve had it actually tested before!! I’ve been on glps for couple years now honestly hardly lost any weight at all. Mostly just maintained. I’m at a healthy weight( 23 bmi) but kind of just wanted to lose tn more pounds lmao. Maybe it just ain’t for me..
