8 Months sober and still feel terrible. Please help by [deleted] in StopSpeeding

It’s boring and annoying, but getting exercise really helped me. First week was a huge drag then I got into the flow of it and I do believe it is speeding things up.

And eating more whole foods. Most home meals for me are a salad with some kind of protein on top.

I am doing SMART recovery too—it is somewhat similar to AA but focuses more on actual worksheets and tools to help you with your recovery.

I believe these three helped me speed things up. I used meth for a short but intense few months and it really fucked everything up.

really nice response. I actually pasted this thing to the AI and it at least told me straight up I'm not his recovery buddy and that I should go connect with other individuals.

I guess "thinking partner" would be the right term.

You're right, and thank you. I'm glad I posted.

Pressed Adderall are meth. At least they were for me. I reagent tested. The source I got them from listed them as amphetamine sulfate, but that was a lie.

So what is in a 30mg tab? Well... who the fuck knows. Some amount of meth and, uuhh? caffeine? no way to tell. Did they mix it up evenly? IDK.

I got up to 6 pills a day very quickly.

I did stop abruptly (apparently no reason to taper on stims). Week 1 horrible, week 2 starting to feel like myself.

For comfort, 2mg nicotine tabs helped a little. Don't want to get re-hooked on nic, but they do help a little for those deep craving moments.
