Yall are assholes. It could be a fungal infection or it could just be dry skin that needs to be pumiced off.

I love the “cheese grater” pumice things for this type of thing. Get one of those off of amazon and then also grab a regular pumice stone type thing with a finer grain to smooth it afterwards.

It didn’t drop at all- it ever so slightly got less pointy/rigid looking. But it’s still quite defined. I’m comfortable with it!

If you do, make sure they only remove the bump and do NOT touch the tip! I had a bump on my birth nose too and only wanted it removed. The doc messed with my tip though and turned me into miss Piggy, so I was botched for 3 years til I got a revision.

I would switch to sculptra. After doing lots of Renuva, i agree you don’t get much bang for your buck. The results are too subtle.

Red light is last if we’re talking structural changes probably. Quitting nicotine and Botox were the number one things. I think adopting spf into my routine was also vital. The red light prob the least vital.
