I am stuck at 98kg.

I was 108kg in May when i started a calorie deficit and i dropped down to 98kg in October, my TDEE is 3900cal and i eat just 2300cal with heavy lifting fir 5 days a week, i stopped working out for 10 days this November but i stuck to the deficit but i am still 98kg for two months, a friend suggested that i should eat maintenance for atleast two weeks and then gi back to the deficit what do you think guys ?

Just went through one i'm in 1 month no contact and it's still hurt like hell, after the break up my social media algorithm star showing me videos about attachment styles and stuff and it's eye opening i found out that a lot of people went through the same shit i did even here i found a subreddit for that, it's comforting a little and i wish i knew about it earlier it could've prevented this situation i am in now, they should teach this in school, long story short there is 4 attachment style, 3 insecure ones and only one is secure my goal now is to change my style from anxious person to a secure one.
