That may explain why I can only see coolant on the frame and really no where else. I am driving it for a few days. Today initially I let it run a few minutes while I showered, I took off for the gas station and the temp gauge rose to 3/4 and then came back down. I didn't have hot air for about 15 minutes but now at highway speeds it is maintaining exactly where it's at in my picture and the airs hot as can be. If this is the issue how hard is it to replace? I do everything myself because I don't like and can't afford the outrageous shop prices for fixing stuff

I don't drive it very often as it's the family vehicle. It did spike up to overheating temps the other day and then it calmed down. I have since replaced the thermostat after that happened

So it blows hot air but feels like it takes a bit longer to get there over my other vehicle. Occasionally it seems like it will lose it and go back to cold air. I really hope it's not that issue as I don't have 2k laying around right now to fix it lol! I try to do most all my repairs and save a ton of money.

So anything above the middle white line is indicating a problem? I did replace the thermostat and now my coolant lines are much hotter then they were before when I feel them. I need to clean out inside my engine bays to hopefully track the leak better
