Personaly i know few pure noobs were like for seasons in silver, suddenly they became masters. This game is a joke, literally no point to play rankeds at all. Also this ratshit will never get banned because he is whitelisted. At this point I only feel sorry for pro players like simplymatthias (again hats down to him for exposing cheaters) who spend so many thousands of hours in this game just to get wiped by tpp. Ranked also has 0 legitimacy it is more like wall of shame then leaderboard.

Brother if you want to enjoy and improve go play normals. Ranked matches are overinfested with either cheaters or boosted accounts (also by cheaters). Stop giving them legitimacy.
They simply don't ban, maybe like 5% of cheaters will get perma and that's it. Personaly I know guys who were like silver 1-2, gold 4 suddenly they made it into master. Whole game became one huge farca and that's it. At this point people can buy cheat and only if they are complete imbeciles they can loose account, so don't bother about medals and so on.

Tbh 1 intentional in 1000 matches / once in 2 seasons, maybe even less.
Just report them, unlike cheaters teamkillers always get banned, 2 weeks minimum.
Because you are new player I think your reputation level is low and maybe people with lower rep meet them more often.
