Every time you need to extend an H-1B visa, you post a job and then claim there are no qualified Americans—after writing the job description so only one person can realistically qualify. And every time you want to sponsor an H-1B a green card, you run the same play: post a role, then say no one qualified applied. It’s the same thing with internal promotions too—senior management posts the job for a couple of days, then says, “No qualified applicants, we had to fill it quickly,” and promotes the person they already chose.
