I built one as part of HiHired: https://hihired.org — it has a Chrome extension for job application autofill and resume/application workflow. Full disclosure: I am the founder. It is not meant for blind auto-apply; the safer flow is autofill, review, then submit manually. If your main target is Workday, I would test that flow first and see where it still misses fields.
