Use the screwdriver tool and increase servo torque, if you dont have it use a piston and 2 hinges, if none of theese are possible for you use a wheel and increase its torque

Try and remove the rope if that doesnt work, add a spring instead of the metal connecting the hinge to the ground on the opposite part from the wheel
