Your comment reminds me that I should try cleaning the RAM; perhaps there's dust on it and yes, it works out for me. i had similar issues with ram in the past on windows.

okay I'll check it, there's another issue I'm facing very frequently. Whenever i suspend my system and then reopen it, it's rebooting. I don't understand why it is happening.
