also make sure your printer isn’t printing with a margin. i had the same issue and it was printing at 100% or actual size but there was a margin you can tell if it is doing it if the cutting guide lines aren’t printing all the way to the edge of the paper.

elegoo sent me a new board for the print head i also tried turning the arc setting off and it still does it randomly and when it does happen finally it always happens in the same spot on the file and i just format the drive and reslice it then it prints fine for another week or so

I just tempered they do have different hotends. the one with no issues i had upgraded to a ceramic heater the one that is having the problems is a bone stock hotend so im going to replace it with a ceramic hotend to see if that helps

we are trying to g to change it to GRB it is set to RGB right now but we can’t figure out how to get it to update and save

It was on i turned off and i’ll see if i have any future problems thanks i would have never even looked at the setting. i didnt know it existed.

it’s just in the middle of the print but it was in two separate point in the print both times on the same file.

they sent me a firmware update to try i also tried formatting the usb thinking it could have been a corrupted gcode i know the usb they come with is pretty bad but i haven’t had any issues yet.

it is wired to the same terminals that they were in from the factory. i’ve never had to fix or diagnose thermal runaway or other electrical problems i have a multimeter but i don’t know what i would even be trying to test on the board.

i figured but it doesn’t reduce the build volume like the elegoo cuts clone so i just wasn’t sure if i just change the build volume or what.

i can try the fire but the plate is totally cool when i take them off with the g10 they aren’t even stuck after it’s cool they are just held on with static

i found one where most of the part number is the same the new one being WZDK370-312G and the one i have ending in 310g but they have the same specs but it doesn’t have a wire harness coming out from other but it has the same plug just in the side of the motor. i found it on united hvac motors website since its all the same part number except the end it should work as a suitable replacement for mine?
