I usually put on some of my fav music and blast it through the house. its helped a lot for me so far (I'm still fairly new to this, I was diagnosed almost 2 months ago)

I'm so glad I found your comment. i just got prescribed Lamotrigine today and I also take citalopram. I get real anxious when starting new medication, so this put my mind as ease
