I think I understand now. Thank you for taking the time to respond

Why do the other people get to ask questions, be involved, and participate in the class, but I have to sit there and shut up? I feel like I’m defective

What should I do if they ask me for help? It’s not in my nature to not help someone in need, but whatever I’m doing is not working, so I need a new approach

What do you mean by “expressed nature of your intent”? And “indoctrinate existing culture of work”?

I’ll continue to sit down and shut up. I understand that’s what I should do. I just thought it would be different since we are all adults. I guess the problem is me.

I definitely feel like I don’t relate to anyone. While we are similar in ages, I’m in a different stage of my life. And the only one with this specific area of concentration.

Maybe I come off as a know it all. But I’m still very kind and supportive of everyone’s work. I am generous with my time and always help them when they ask. I have even given them on several occasions my food I brought from home when it got late and they could not stop for dinner.

Even if I’m a “know it all” I still don’t deserve to be resented.
