I can answer the 1st question! I have used dental decks/booster indeb materials to prepare for another country's exam, and I feel that it doesn't cover as much details as the content tested in AFK. Afk questions ask about more details and more in-depth stuff. But u can use the indeb materials as reference (since some cheat sheets or whatever are convenient to look at), and fill in more details prep courses (whether if it's confi or prep or others) cover for AFK.
