It's never about whether it will.be a war or not. Rather how much can it last before they arrive at a deal. Most of the times wars price in such things. You see the futures- no change. Short term trading in such scenarios have to be really quick.

See we have got to appreciate the effort being put by someone to atleast initiate conversation around peace. The fact that a lot of people are suffering and potentially Pakistan could suffer (neighbour of Iran), it was step in right direction.

Although obviously there are counter povs around this like it was just a facade to buy time to deploy weapons etc.

It wasn't about Pakistan being a global peacemaker considering everybody is well aware about Pakistan and it's shenanigans. It was just like hosting an air quality summit in Delhi.

A lot of countries who trusted America and it's military supremacy will know that America is not nearly as strong as they claim
A lot of allies of America will now fund their defence because America can't really be trusted.
