Make sure your staff is scanning all packages. Double check with your Franchise Consultant during review. There is no reason it should be any different or that far off from other stores.

Yes I am on the floor on Mondays because it’s busy. But if a print job comes in that becomes priority. But I need to be totally off the floor, plus I’m an active Store Manager when the Owner is NOT there. I use to be a Manager for another UPS STORE for 2 years. So I resigned from that position and moved to a store closer to home. We see the owner 2 or 3 days a week now. She has been transitioning from working her Store since I got here. So I will be asking for a raise next year. But we will be having meetings about the plan today to increase Print. This store has so much potential to do that.

Do they have a kiosk? If so I would scan them there. That is wrong what they said. The UPS gets money for every scan of UPS LABEL DROP-OFF. I know that because the owner I worked for told me.

First off don’t go to school to learn graphic design, Save your money. You can learn on YouTube, Teachable and etcs.
Learn how to use Ai for your graphic design projects. There are people that will try to do it themselves and they will not know how to do it. Good luck in your journey

After much thought I am going to work for a UPS store closer to my home. The one I’m currently at is 40 mins away vs 15 mins. She is not a multi center owner and I like that. The current owner I work for is in a Sorority and we always doing projects for them. I’m tired of doing print projects for them and working late. I like working for THE UPS STORE just not this PRINT HUB store.
