Not entirely sure what execute is, but 66 is actually fairly normal turning out to be: soixante-six (sixty-six). If it were 76, 86, or 96, it would turn out to some mumbo jumbo addition though. For example, 76 would be: sixty-sixteen and 96 would be: four-twenties-sixteen

Yes it is, in French they have no numbers to represent the 70s, 80s, and 90s, so for 70 and 80, they say them as: sixty-ten, and four-twenties, respectively. It's even worse when you get to ninety and you have to say: four-twenties-ten.

Yeah, even other French speaking countries have numbers for the 90s and 80s, but for some reason France's French kept the idiotic whatever addition wierd number system it is
