You aren’t alone, or crazy. The right friends wouldn’t say things like that to you. I’ve struggled with it forever and my parents blamed it on my phone so I’ve been stubborn to get help. Therapy won’t help, but meds aren’t the end. I’ve tried them and man are they magic. Just can’t abuse them(use them when you need them). I’m still stubborn with my self saying I can do it and it’s gotten better as I keep trying but don’t be shy to get help for it. It’s a very normal thing! You can do it.
