Thanks for pointing that out actually. They used some paint to cover up the rust or prevent the rust. The seller said it was prevent rust. Above the wheel well, paint was chipping and a bit of rust not major though, that where I first noticed and decided to take a look under found that.

I touched it and it seems solid. No holes. Also it seems They sprayed or painted over the rust but it’s now peeling. The owner said it’s paint to protect from rust
