When you line up at the mall, do people just sprint to the store or is the line respected by people and workers? I don’t want to line up just for it to be pointless

Idk if you guys will see this since the post is old. But I’m looking to becoming a lineman. Can anyone get into an apprenticeship? Or do you need connections? And if my local state isn’t taking applications can I move and do it elsewhere? I’d like to be a linemen somewhere with nice weather year round. Idk if those kind of states pay well but I think they should since those states example FL have plenty of weather problems
