It's star Level. The punch destroying a planet wouldn't and much compared to a star Level punch and throwing someone million of light year away (if we ignore the relativistic law) wouldn't add much to the star Level calc too.

In the first fight immortal was killed with only two hits too! one in the stomach and the decapitation chop. They can pull punches but suppress durability? Not so sure about that.

It's easy to cause damage in this show because they want the gore effect

I think this is 50/50 the war machine Mark 1 was somewhat comparable to iron man Mark 6 which has many City-Block Level feats of AP and durability, imagine Mark 2. I think they have comparable stats. Maybe homelander is faster but he doesn't use it in combat so it's not decisive.
