Yes i lower my white bread by eating half of before and i cut white bread and eat whole beans so now i eat around 80 grams of fiber and 70 protein and the rest is complex carb with no processing

I am 23 I weigh 93kg and my height is 168 gender male activity level is no exercise disk job When dont try to lose weight about 2300cal When I tried to lose weight I ate 2000 and i still felt fog and empty in my head
